Handcrafted Products We sell: handcrafted candles containers and decorations made of gypsum powder Each piece is unique and may show natural variations in color, shape, size, or finish. These characteristics are not considered defects. 3. Prices All prices are expressed in CHF. Prices do NOT include VAT (not subject to VAT). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer. 4. Accepted Payments Credit/debit cards PayPal Apple Pay Google Pay TWINT Payment is required at the time of order. 5. Orders and Confirmation An order placed by the customer constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is considered concluded upon order confirmation by email. In case of obvious errors (prices, information, availability), the order may be canceled with a full refund. 6. Shipping and Delivery Times We ship to: Switzerland and Liechtenstein Italy, Germany, France, Austria Estimated delivery times: Switzerland/Liechtenstein: 5–10 business days Europe: 10–15 business days Risk passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. 7. Returns – Voluntary Withdrawal (14 days) Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Defective Products – Warranty Warranty: 2 years for material defects.
